I am currently 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant and experiencing some light cramping on my right side. Is this a normal symptom during pregnancy or should I be concerned?

It is common to experience mild cramping during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. This can be caused by the stretching of ligaments as your uterus grows. However, if the cramping is severe, accompanied by heavy bleeding or other concerning symptoms, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider. They can evaluate your specific situation and provide guidance based on your medical history. In general, if the cramping is mild and not persistent, it is likely nothing to worry about. Remember to listen to your body and reach out to your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
