Hi ladies I am 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant with baby number 4, I haven't really felt much movement at all, with my other 3 pregnancies I was feeling real kicks by now? Any ideas why I'm not this time around at 19 weeks

Hi there, I had this. In my case it was because my placenta is posterior and was low lying. Obviously when my little one started kicking it felt very muted. At your 20 week scan ask them where your placenta is. But right now don't worry. Keep calm. Hopefully youl feel baby alot more soon, I'm now nearly 29 weeks and I can honestly say that I wasn't feeling hard kicks or movements until I was around around 23 weeks.

Hope this helps.

Yes this really helps thank you! With it being baby number 4 I have been worried. I have my scan next week so il ask them then. Does posterior placenta lead to complications at all?  Thank you for your response I've been worried
