I had this trouble i had to have and internal scan as I have a tilted womb it was hard to see baby at the early stages 28 weeks pregnant now and all is well

The value of Beta hcg level should double within 48 hrs so if it is only increasing and not doubling then u will have to go for "TVS" to rule out ectopic pregnancy
