I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been trying for 7 years. My recent test results show very low progesterone levels. Besides taking the prescribed medicine, what are some other methods I can try to increase my progesterone levels quickly? I need ideas.

    Take the medication. Im on 200mg twice a day. There are foods you can eat but you needed the medication.....that's my advice. It assists with keeping the baby inside

    I had low progesterone as well. My doctor had me on 2 (200 mg) pills orally and 1 (200mg) pill vaginally daily. I'm 12 weeks now and just started weaning the pills. Maybe check with your doctor about dosage? Maybe they can give you the vaginal dose as well?

    I'm on the vaginal med twice a day, nothing orally though. I've been trying to eat alot of foods with a higher dose of progesterone in them. But with the sickness I just can't keep stuff down easy.
