Is lower right side abdominal pain and breathing difficulty normal at 18 weeks of pregnancy?

I have a 2-year-old baby delivered via c-section. Now, I'm 18 weeks pregnant and experiencing lower right side abdominal pain along with breathing difficulties during the pain. My doctor says it's normal, but I want to know if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and if there could be any underlying issues?

my doctor starts me safety injections and safety medicines as well for lower pain because of my last miscarriage. now i am 20 weeks pregnant and from start of my pregnancy i am feeling pain in my abdominal. whenever i stop my injections just for a week pain start more higher . Doctor advised me to take care more and more and rest .
