Is it normal for a baby's heart rate to decrease between ultrasounds during pregnancy?

I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks + 4 days and the baby's heart rate was 148 bpm, but in the previous ultrasound it was 167 bpm. Is it normal for the heart rate to decrease between ultrasounds during pregnancy?

Yes as baby was most likely very active and lower heart rate was when baby was resting
