asked Mar 3, 2021 in Baby Health During Pregnancy by Nare
I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and my baby seems to be kicking excessively, almost every hour. Could this mean that I am carrying twins?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is common for expectant mothers to feel their baby's movements around the 20-week mark of pregnancy. While increased kicking can be a normal part of fetal development, it does not necessarily indicate that you are carrying twins. Every pregnancy is unique, and some babies may simply be more active than others. However, if you have concerns about your baby's movements or suspect that you may be carrying twins, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation. They can provide reassurance and address any questions or concerns you may have about your pregnancy.

Have u had a scan if so they'd be able to tell u for certain if its more than 1 baby. And baby kicking should be a good sign that he/she is doing well
