I'm also 15 weeks pregnant and been suffering migraines since about 10 weeks. I find a lay down in dark room for a little while can help. Or a relaxing soak in the bath with candles can help and a couple pain killers hun. Sorry thats not much use but thats what my midwofe told me. If like me u have other little ones u might not have time lay down in dark room. But try get some rest in. And keep hydrated that can also help

I am a migraine suffer. I am 35 weeks and had them my whole pregnancy. I take 2 panado and sit in a warm shower with the warm water hitting my head and neck then go lay down with a hot cloth over my eyes this normally releves the pain long enough to go to sleep.

Go and get a massage, you're in the safe zone for massage now and let them know you're pregnant. When they ask if anything is bothering you or if there a specific area you want worked on, two them.

I had horrible migraines. Started taking 1000 mg both of magnesium and calcium. Making sure to stay hydrated or drink a little more when my it started as a headache is. Super cold water is always a plus.
