I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and struggling with an outbreak of pimples on my face and scalp, as well as dull skin. What can I do to alleviate these issues?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Many pregnant women experience changes in their skin during pregnancy, including breakouts and dryness. These issues are often caused by hormonal fluctuations. To alleviate pimples, it is important to maintain a gentle skincare routine that includes cleansing twice daily with a mild cleanser and using non-comedogenic moisturizers. Avoid picking or popping pimples, as this can lead to scarring. If the problem persists, consult your healthcare provider for further guidance. For dry skin, hydrate from within by drinking plenty of water and incorporate a nourishing moisturizer into your daily routine. Additionally, consider using a humidifier at home to add moisture to the air. Avoid harsh soaps or products that contain alcohol, as they can further dry out your skin. If these measures do not improve your condition, consult with a dermatologist who specializes in treating pregnant women for additional advice and safe treatment options. Remember that every pregnancy is different, so what works for one person may not work for another.

Stop eating dairy. The animal hormones in dairy make you break out.

Not to sure what to do about it but I can tell you one thing I feel your pain. My doctor told me to look into Neutrogena body wash. I'll try antibacterial Dial soap. But guess what when this happened to me.... My daughter just basically took my beauty away and when she was born she was so so so pretty . But during my pregnancy with her I was so ugly and broke out that my brother said I looked like something that could be Googled . N I did I was a mess.
