I am currently 27 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twins, and I have been experiencing severe continuous pain around my navel. Is this a normal symptom of pregnancy with twins? Should I be concerned?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Experiencing pain around the navel during pregnancy, especially with twins, can be a common occurrence. As your uterus expands to accommodate two babies, it puts pressure on surrounding organs and muscles, leading to discomfort. However, severe and continuous pain should not be ignored. It is important to consult your healthcare provider as soon as possible to rule out any potential complications such as an umbilical hernia or preterm labor. They will be able to evaluate your symptoms and provide appropriate guidance or treatment if necessary. Remember, it's always better to err on the side of caution when it comes to your health and the well-being of your babies.
