asked Feb 9, 2021 in Baby Health During Pregnancy by Katelyne
When can I feel confident in sharing my history of miscarriages before 6 weeks without worrying about potential risks?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is a personal decision to share your history of miscarriages, and there is no specific timeframe that guarantees complete safety. However, many women choose to wait until they have passed the first trimester (12 weeks) when the risk of miscarriage significantly decreases. This allows for more certainty and reduces the chances of having to share potentially difficult news if another miscarriage were to occur. Ultimately, it is important to consider your own comfort level and the support system you have in place before deciding when to disclose this information. Remember, there is no right or wrong time – only what feels right for you.

They tend to say it's less likely to happen once you are out of the first trimester which is 13 weeks.
