It is common for pregnancy symptoms like nausea and vomiting to decrease or disappear after the first trimester. This usually indicates that your hormone levels are stabilizing, which is a positive sign for a healthy pregnancy. However, every woman's experience can vary, so if you have any concerns or doubts about your baby's well-being, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider.

As for the slight pain in your abdomen and back, as well as the white discharge, these can also be normal during pregnancy. The growing uterus puts pressure on surrounding muscles and ligaments, causing discomfort or mild pain. White discharge is typically harmless and can be attributed to increased blood flow to the vaginal area.

However, if the pain becomes severe or persistent or if you notice any changes in the color or odor of your discharge, it is important to seek medical advice as these could be signs of an underlying issue.

In general, it is crucial to listen to your body during pregnancy and trust your instincts. If something feels off or you have any concerns about your baby's health, do not hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider for guidance and reassurance. They will be able to provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and help alleviate any worries you may have.
