Causes of bright red bleeding during early pregnancy

Question

I am 6 weeks pregnant and experienced a bleed today with bright red blood. It's concerning because of a previous miscarriage. What are possible reasons for this bleeding, aside from miscarriage?

Spotting is OK but if u continue to bleed I'd go to emergency room I also had a miscarriage I am 13 weeks and 4 days and still panic any time I feel a cramp ...u r in my prayers good luck
