I am currently in my 7th week of pregnancy, but I haven't experienced any symptoms of vomiting or nausea. Is it normal to not have these symptoms at this stage?

It is completely normal to not experience symptoms of vomiting or nausea during the 7th week of pregnancy. Every woman's experience with pregnancy symptoms can vary greatly. While some women may start experiencing morning sickness early on, others may not have any symptoms at all. It is important to remember that every pregnancy is different and there is no "normal" when it comes to symptoms. If you are concerned about the absence of these symptoms, it is always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider for reassurance and guidance. They will be able to monitor your pregnancy and address any concerns you may have.

Eat as if you had the stomach bug! Plain foods- starches should help: crackers,  breads,  plain pastas!
