Is it normal for my baby's head to be down at 18 weeks pregnant?

My obstetric scan shows that my baby's head is positioned downwards. Is this a normal position for the baby at 18 weeks pregnant? Should I be concerned about anything?

That's too early , but I think you're OK as long that you're not having early labour symptoms,

Your little one will be flipping and turning everyday that is not something to worry about till you get to your 3rd trimester if it happens then your doctors will definitely speak with you on what should be done.
