I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I had lumps in my breast before pregnancy. Will these lumps go away on their own after delivery, or do I need to seek medical attention?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon for women to experience breast changes, including the development of lumps, during pregnancy. These lumps are often caused by hormonal fluctuations and increased blood flow to the breasts. In most cases, these lumps are benign and will resolve on their own after delivery. However, it is important to monitor any changes in size, shape, or texture of the lump and consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns. They may recommend further evaluation such as a mammogram or ultrasound to rule out any underlying issues. Remember that early detection is key when it comes to breast health, so don't hesitate to seek medical attention if needed.

Make sure to have this checked out further by your doctor.
