Worried about lack of fetal pole and proper growth at 6 weeks 2 days scan, with closed cervix. What should I do?

I recently had a scan at 6 weeks 2 days and the doctor couldn't see a fetal pole. The gestational sac diameter was measured at 0.85 cms and my cervix was closed. The doctor mentioned that there might not be proper growth. I am really worried about this situation. Can you please provide some guidance or advice on what I should do next?

Did the doctor do viganal ultrasound?

same mere sath bhi hua tha last time... they said proper growth ni hai ...5th week maii 0.50cm gs tha.. and they gave me injection for growth ..6th week again gone for scan.... but nthng changed then they gave me MFT kit for medical abortion

Don't worry, my gestational sac was 0. 45 at 6.2 weeks, doctor said the same thing to me, but before stopping all medication she asked me to check my beta HCG and it was 2400.if your beta Hcg is above 2000 and if it is doubling every 2nd day.. It is quiet normal.

My baby is healthy so far..
