It happens sometimes, no need to worry same happened with my frnd, she got few injections and within 2 weeks everything was normal and baby was healthy.... Just have faith and take proper treatment.

Did the doctor do virginal ultrasound u can't detect heart beat with normal ultrasound fetus is too small
