During my 3rd month of pregnancy, I sometimes feel a sensation of something dragging inside my navel. What could this mean? Is it normal?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Feeling a sensation of something dragging inside your navel during pregnancy is not uncommon and can be attributed to various factors. One possible explanation is the stretching and expanding of the uterus as your baby grows. As the uterus expands, it puts pressure on surrounding organs, including the intestines, which can cause sensations in the navel area. Additionally, hormonal changes during pregnancy can affect digestion and bowel movements, leading to discomfort or unusual sensations in the abdominal region. However, if you experience severe pain or any other concerning symptoms along with this sensation, it is important to consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance. They will be able to assess your specific situation and provide appropriate advice or treatment if necessary.
