Is it common to have vaginal dryness during pregnancy? What should I do if I haven't experienced any vaginal discharge throughout my entire pregnancy so far?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon for pregnant women to experience vaginal dryness due to hormonal changes. However, if you have not noticed any vaginal discharge throughout your entire pregnancy, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider. Vaginal discharge is a natural occurrence during pregnancy and helps keep the vagina clean and free from infections. If you are experiencing persistent dryness or other discomforts, your healthcare provider can evaluate your symptoms and provide appropriate guidance or treatment options. They may recommend using a water-based lubricant or suggest certain lifestyle changes to alleviate the dryness. Remember, every pregnancy is unique, so it's always best to seek professional advice for personalized care and reassurance.

Same has been with me. There was very little in first semester but in second it almost stopped. I feel so dry some days that I masturbate just to get it a little wet. All the appointments and tests have been normal till now. Hope it continues to be the same.

P. S. I had PCOS before conceiving. Can it have to do something with that?

Let me know if you had the same.
