Causes of lower abdominal and back pains during 7 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy

Hi, I am currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have been experiencing lower abdominal pains, back pains, and a decrease in nipple sensitivity. What could be the cause of these symptoms?

You may need to let your midwife know I'd you have one, if your bleeding I recommend going to the emergency area in the hospital, I pray that everything will be okay ❤️ stay strong mama
