Bleeding and Black Spotting in 12th Week of Twin Pregnancy: Should I be Concerned?

I am currently 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant with twins. I have been experiencing bleeding and black spotting for the past 4 days. My NT scan came back normal, and my double marker test showed an HCG level of 175.7. My gynecologist advised bed rest, but I am worried about the well-being of my babies. What should I do?

With my second child I had bleeding as well, i had a small tear in my uterus. I was on bed rest for 3 months and it healed by itself and the rest of the pregnacy was fine. I dedinately recommend listening to you OBGYN and having bed rest and really staying in bed with your feet elevated! This is for the health and saftey of both you and your babies.  Good luck and take care ❤
