asked Dec 31, 2019 in Baby Health During Pregnancy by Madia
I am in the early stages of pregnancy and have recently quit smoking. However, I am concerned about whether my baby may have already been affected by my previous smoking habits. Can you provide any information or reassurance on this matter?

I didn't know I was pregnant and smoked and drank quiet abit of alcohol during my first few weeks. I continued to smoke but cut down alot and slowly quit. To me going cold Turkey stresses your body out way too much. Everyone is different but for me it worked. I had my 13 week scan and so far so good. Good luck ladies, it's not easy but you can do it.
