i am 31weeks pregnent. But i face hard constipation & also pain in abdomin.

You can eat high Fibre foods and what helped me was a very strong cup of coffee and it helped me wonders :) I am now going on 35w pregnant and I'm regular now. You will see closer you get into the end of your pregnancy you will have more regular bowl movements

I make sure to drink a lot of water. Are you drinking at least 64 ounces (8cups) a day?  Also, it would be helpful to eat more fruits and veggies and less meat and dairy. The body has an easier time digesting plants than it does animal products. Good luck!

The first time I was pregnant  I had terrible constipation and  I only  tried to add more fruits and vegetables in my diet and drink more water. I ended up with external piles and It wasn't fun at all. This time my doctor prescribed me Lactulose which I take 5ml twice a day and things are going fine. I will keep taking it till the end of my pregnancy because it's the only thing it really works.

You can eat a lot of oatmeal its rich in fiber..also papaya and mangoes will help..

You should eat oats cooked in cow milk.and spread some honey and almond over that.it works.eat totally riped papaya.drink one mug hot milk with saffron and little honey.eat bananas.,corn flakes.these work like magic....

i am using psyllium husk (ispaghol ka chilka) ..1 teaspoon in morning and 1 teaspoon in evening daily ..drinkig lot of water ...no constiation
