Is it normal to have only lower back ache and cramping for 3 days with no other symptoms in the 4th week of pregnancy?

 Is it normal to experience only lower back ache and cramping for a duration of 3 days without any other symptoms during the 4th week of pregnancy? Should I be concerned about this?

I didnt find out i was pregnant until 6 weeks. And that was only because i went in for surgery... I uad no clue no symptoms ether

That is completely normal. I'm 22 weeks and I have no pregnancy symptoms. Every pregnancy is different.

I didn't find out I was pregnant with my son until I was seven weeks. I had no symptoms until my third trimester. I was so into my work that the first thing that clued me in was a yeast infection ( sorry if that's TMI ) then I started thinking about it and realized I hadn't had to take my feminine hygiene products to work with me. I'm 7 weeks and 3 days now and I just had spotting and cramps for 2 days and took a test on the third day in the middle of the day and 2 dark lines appeared. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years so I pray everything goes good. I guess all we can do is go to the DR and try to take care of ourselves as best we can.
