I'm currently 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant, and today I've been experiencing frequent vomiting since morning, which is unusual for me. Is there a reason behind this sudden change in my pregnancy symptoms?

Morning sickness (not just in the morning) can come and go throughout your pregnancy. Id recommend eating smaller, light meals more often throughout the day as opposed to larger meals.  Also stay hydrated. Drink as close to 2 liters of water per day. They also make "morning sickness candies" you can suck on to help relieve the symptoms.
