Bleeding pinkish light discharge occassionally

.I am experiencing bleeding small clots mixed with light pinkish blood dat come occassionally ..i went to the scan on 20April to confirm heaetbeart and confirm if the baby is growing well .now i am experiencing that light bleeding. Whats wrong with me.
