My heart rate is high, so sometimes I cannot sleep. If there is a safe supplement, tea or anything that helps sleeping, I will be grateful.

I struggled with sleep during pregnancy too, and what helped me most were simple habits rather than supplements. Going to bed at the same time each night, avoiding caffeine late in the day, and using extra pillows to support my bump made me more comfortable. A warm glass of milk or a cup of chamomile tea, with my midwife’s blessing, also helped me wind down. Gentle stretching, a calming bath and lavender on my pillow made a difference. I avoided over‑the‑counter sleep aids unless recommended by my caregiver. Always check with your doctor or midwife before taking any supplement, and focus on relaxation techniques and routine for better sleep.
