I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my TSH is 13+ , what should I do ? I am facing many complications like breath shortness and extreme weakness to do any work. I am on my Thyroxine tab 50mcg daily.. And double dose of it thrice in a week.

I went through thyroid issues during pregnancy too. My doctor adjusted my medication and I slowly improved. High TSH can make you feel tired and short of breath, so staying in touch with your doctor and having your dose adjusted is really important. Rest when you can, eat small meals, and keep sipping water. If you feel worse or struggle to breathe, please call your doctor or go get checked.
