1. Level II scan report is Ok.
2. Fish report shows there is no trisomy.
3. Karyo seq report shows:
a. Copy number variation detected - Clinical significance unknown.
b. Whole genome sequencing analysis showed a segmental gain (3.4MB) on chromosomes 19 at cytoband region19q13.12-q13.2, indicating trisomy for this region.
