Dr suggest me Forte4000 i.U( 100 mg) is it safe during from my 8 th week pregnancy till end of pregnancy?

Lots of people are told to take vitamin D in pregnancy. 4000 IU can be normal for some, but it's always good to ask your own doctor about your exact dose. Everyone is different and your doc knows your needs best.
