According to my LMP it's 23 weeks but according to doctor scanning it's 25 weeks so which should I follow?

It's really normal for the due date to change between LMP and scan. Doctors often say follow the scan date if it was done early in pregnancy, but both are rough estimates. Your baby will come when ready so either date just gives you a target.
