Can i travel in train at 5th week 3 days pregnancy

I came to banglore for an exam and my doctor is there in Chitradurga and she scheduled appointment on 4th September is it fine to travel in train and come back on same day?

Usually it's not advisable to travel during first trimester and 3rd trimester due to various complexity.

Since you are in Bangalore you can take the scans and blood tests here and then take online consultation with ur doctor there.
