My left side hurts when moving. I am 20 weeks + 2 days pregnant. Not experiencing other problems

Left side pain at 20 weeks is pretty common. It could be round ligament pain, especially if it's sharp or comes when you move a certain way. Try to change positions slowly and see if it helps. If it gets really bad or is constant, call your doc.
