Honestly, I could barely keep my eyes open around that time too!  Growing a tiny human takes a lot of energy and your body is working overtime, so feeling sleepy is pretty normal.  Some days I'd nap on the couch or fall asleep right after dinner.  As long as your iron levels are ok and you're eating well, catching extra zzz's won't harm baby.  Short walks and fresh air can help boost energy a bit, but there's nothing wrong with listening to your body and resting when you need to.  Every pregnancy is different, so try not to let other people worry you :)
