I've come across various baby schedules on Pinterest, but none of them seem to work for my baby. For instance, I planned to give my baby 90ml of milk at 9 pm, but he didn't finish it and woke up multiple times during the night to finish the remaining milk. How can I establish a routine with my baby when he doesn't adhere to it?

I don't know how old is your baby, but newborns need to eat on demand, and after a few weeks so by around 12 weeks old, after observing your baby you can try to get them on a schedule based on their usual times of doing things, but it's not too strict and needs adjustments as baby's needs change from getting bigger. My boy is already 1 year old in just 2 days now, and even his schedule is not too strict, he goes to sleep around 20.50-21.15 and on a good day he wakes at 6.30-7.30, he gets breakfast and lunch and afternoon feeding and dinner, and he might get a snack in between meals if he seems hungry
