Why is my baby still pooping after every feed? Is it normal for their poop to be green and seedy?

My baby is consistently having mucusy, seedy poop after every feed. However, I've noticed that the color has changed to green. Is this a normal occurrence? Additionally, when will my baby's tummy settle down?
