How long does it take for a breastfed and formula-fed baby to poop?

My baby, who is both breastfed and formula-fed, has been experiencing days without pooping. Today was the first time in about 4 or 5 days since she last had a bowel movement. Is this normal? What can I do to help her poop more regularly?
