How to Reduce Excessive Spit-Up in a 4-Month-Old Baby

My 4-month-old baby is mostly breastfed but also takes 1 to 2 bottles of Nan milk. He spits up a lot, and I'm looking for suggestions on how to reduce this issue. Can you recommend any good powders or remedies?
