Is it normal for my breastfed baby to have green poop and not poop for 14 hours?

My 18-day-old baby's poop has changed from mustard yellow to green, even though I only breastfeed and use formula. Additionally, my baby hasn't had a bowel movement in 14 hours. Should I be concerned?

My pediatrician said that green poop in itself is nothing to worry about, if apart from that all is fine (no vomits/diarrhea). In can be due to your diet. My 10days baby had a green poop for a week and then it went back to yellow. If he doesn't poop, this is probably dehydration as suggested by Aysha.
