You could carry breast pump to work. Pump every 2hrs

Try power pumping 2 timeas a day for 7 days to simulate cluster feeding therefore causing an increase in supply.

1. Pump on a regular schedule
2. Make sure you are using the correct flange size for your nipple.
3. Try power pumping 2 timeas a day for 7 days - to simulate cluster feeding which will lead to increase in supply.
