How to Treat Rashes on a Baby's Back Neck Area?

My baby has developed rashes on the back of their neck. What can I do to treat and alleviate the discomfort caused by these rashes? Are there any home remedies or over-the-counter treatments that can help? Should I consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment options?

Apply breast milk at the affected area

Softly clean the area and use soft cloth to dry then Apply vaseline on it!

I applied agueous cream or any lotion and sprinkled baby powder on, not Vaseline because it closes the pores of the skin. However baby' skins aren't the same, what worked for mine could or could not work well for yours. Try what you can and see.
