My 5-month-old daughter cries excessively when she is tired and refuses to sleep easily. Despite my efforts, her crying persists for at least 10 to 15 minutes. What strategies can I use to calm her down and help her fall asleep more easily?

-You can try quick warm water bath before she sleeps at night.

- check if she is fully fed and burp properly.

- check if she has any discomfort in the tummy, proper tummy time helps.

- swaddling helps a lot to calm an irritated baby.

- see if shes teething, cold teether soothes the swelling gums.

- try to distract her crying by rattling toys if possible.

- Lastly, let her know that you are there for her, try staying calm as much as possible, take a deep breath and smile at your baby eventho u feel overtired amd frustrated sometimes. :-) all the best to you.
