Is it normal for a 3-month-old baby to vomit after meals and have excessive drooling?

My 3-month-old baby has been vomiting after feeding, even during sleep. Additionally, I've noticed excessive drooling with the formation of bubbles in his mouth. Should I be concerned and take him to see a doctor?

It's normal but also check the timing between his last feed and the next one, over feeding can also cause spitting out but don't worry, your baby is fine
