My baby is 5 weeks old and I'm unsure about what constitutes a wet diaper. Can you clarify what is considered a wet diaper for a baby of this age?

You have to change it, ASAP cause it can give the baby diaper rash, and that can make the baby cry of pain becausr it hurts wen you pass the wipes, so Please change the diaper after 3 hours wen you put e new clean diaper on!
