My 3-week-old baby, who was born weighing 2.7kg, is not gaining much weight despite being exclusively breastfed. Some people at home are suggesting supplementing with formula, claiming that my milk is not nutritious enough. What should I do to ensure my baby's healthy weight gain?

According to my opinion, my baby is 3wks old and she was 2.5kgs. As long as you have enough milk breastfeed any minute any time. Formula you can only use if the baby is not getting enough breast milk. Otherwise am not in for Formula.

Born day she was 2.5kgs.At the moment I have not weight again. But be patient during breastfeeding. As a mom it's hard to note his or her growth since you with him all day

Your milk has every vitamin you can think of.

Some babies don't gain weight quickly.

But mix feeding is also a good option.

Breastfeed ,Breastfeed ,Breastfeed..Our own breast milk can do wonders .It has all the necessary nutrients for the baby to grow stronger and healthier everyday

Totally agree with that breastfeed  without for the sake of feeding and not the change of appearance everything is right there in your milk.
Eat well and breath then take a look at your growing child am sure you will smile
