Will my baby's gray patch on the tongue, present since birth and not diagnosed as thrush, go away?

My 2-month-old baby has had a gray patch on his tongue since birth. The doctor said it's not thrush. Will this patch eventually disappear on its own or is there something I should do about it?

Just clean the tounge of baby with clean damp cloth or u can use glycerine too to clean but not much glycerinto be use only 2-4drops
