As a first-time mom, I am looking for the most effective remedy to help my baby with colic. Can you provide some recommendations and tips on how to alleviate colic symptoms?

I am a first time mum. Mine happened at week 2 my baby is one month now. It's stressful as a first time mum.

I used bonnisan, infacol now am using biogaia I don't know if it helps or my young one is learning how to pass gas. Massage them as much as possible at their backs. After shower or when changing diaper take oil that you apply on her and massage her tummy clockwise and straight down. Don't forget bicycle exercise and tummy time.

Also make them comfortable during that period since there is nothing much you can do. Also watch out on your diet if they are breastfeeding it reflects on them through milk.

If you can get help from loved ones please maximize that.you need a little time out.

One thing I have come to appreciate, when they sleep you sleep otherwise it will be crazy.

Keep telling yourself 'it will get better' it is just a phase' some little encouragement goes a long way.

Most important is YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB AS A MUM DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP.

Thank you. Hope it helps.
