How to treat a scaly rash on the forehead in babies

My baby developed a rash on his forehead that has turned scaly and dry over the course of two weeks. What should I do to treat it effectively?

Use warn olive oil on the area,it helped me when my baby had that problem.  Ensure that the olive oil isn't too warm to irritate the baby skin
