I have a throat infection and my baby is 1 month old. Can I safely take Azithromycin without harming my baby while breastfeeding? Are there any potential side effects that I should be aware of?

I had taken Azithromycine during breastfeeding; its absolutely fine to take.

Any antibiotic that's for adult and there's one for kids is safe to take
